William Boal

William has come to Alpha Environmental with 35 years of unbroken employment with a portfolio of ‘blue chip’ companies ranging from Precision Engineering to the Aerospace and Defence industries.

Through using this experience, coupled with qualifications such as a Diploma in Management, a NEBOSH Certificate in Health and Safety as well as other QMS and EMS auditing qualifications, William continuously maintains and improves the company Integrated Management System. This includes the certification in OHSAS 18001, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 which is extended throughout Alpha’s operations.

Geoff Clarke

Regional Manager - GB North

Geoff Clarke

Geoff recently joined Alpha Environmental as a Business Consultant with executive responsibility for all activities in the Great Britain (North) region.

WIth a B.Sc (Hons) in Geology, his early career developed in oilfield exploration services mainly in Africa and Southern Europe before he joined BP Coal as a Project Geologist.  Subsequently, Geoff transferred his skills to the Medical Device industry and built up over 20 years Management and Board Level experience with customer focused Sales & Marketing activity throughout the British Isles.

His experience managing multi-disciplinary resources will bring leadership and direction to Alpha’s teams in the region with a strong focus on meeting customer expectations.

Tim England

Regional Manager - GB South

Tim England

Tim England joined Alpha Environmental on 5th May, 2009 and brings with him over 29 years experience in business management, leadership and project delivery.

Previously Customer Sales Director with Carlsberg Tetley, he is also FMCG trained and has six years experience in property development.  This diversity is accompanied with a proven track record in leading multi-discipline teams to drive national sales and deliver profitable growth.

His role in Alpha Environmental is to provide leadership and deliver excellence throughout the Southern region of Great Britain which includes the management and direction of the various teams and disciplines working within the company.

Christine Healy

Christine Healy

Christine has a BA (Hons) in Business Studies and over the past 12 years has developed a strong foundation and built up considerable experience in customer service and sales, working in various industries throughout the UK and Ireland.

Following a successful number of years at Perfecseal Ltd as Customer Services Executive for the UK and Ireland, Christine has come to Alpha with the objective of managing and training the growing Customer Services Team in order to deliver world class customer service to our clients.

Nicola McCloskey

Nicola McCloskey

Nicola has 10 years experience in Human Resources, the majority of which has been gained within two international manufacturing organisations. The headcount which Nicola has been responsible for has varied between 100 and 450 employees.

Nicola has a BA (Hons) in Business Studies and has graduate membership of Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development having completed her Post Graduate Diploma at Queens University Belfast.

Nicola has joined Alpha to actively assist with the recruitment and selection process to facilitate the growth phase. Nicola also has been tasked with developing HR processes to meet the demands of a medium sized organisation.

Simon Monaghan

Business Improvement Agent, IMS & ICT Manager

Simon Monaghan

Simon Joined Alpha in June 2007, bringing 13 years of experience in ICT and Information Systems. Before joining Alpha Simon worked as a freelance IT Consultant specialising in the SME market, delivering infrastructure solutions to growing companies. In addition, he has gained an in-depth working knowledge of Records Management.

Simon is responsible for developing Alpha's ICT infrastructure to provide a foundation for growth, and innovating an integrated Management Information System that provides the tools the company needs to compete on the international stage.

In addition to holding a Post-Graduate Diploma in Software Engineering, Simon is a Microsoft Certified Professional and gained Practitioner Accreditation for the PRINCE2 Project Management Methodology in 2006. He recently completed Invest NI's Business Improvement Agent development programme, and is looking forward to using the knowledge gained to underpin the position currently held by Alpha Environmental.

Robert Walker

Supply Chain Manager

Robert Walker

Robert has recently been appointed as Alpha Environmental's Supply Chain Manager, having gained 25 years purchasing experience in Textiles, Automotive, Aerospace, Medical and Computer industries.

With such a diverse background, Robert is responsible for objective selection of vendors and contractors, aiming to ultimately align Alpha Environmental with best in class Business Partners, capable of supporting the business both technically and commercially.

In 2007 Robert gained membership to the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply and also possesses a BA in Modern History.
